(ENG) Thanks to her perfectionist use of words, spelling, grammar and design, she offers his clients a complete review of their texts and covers to obtain the result that best meets their expectations and that of their potential readers.
Born in Valencia, Spain. Poet since 1994 with local, national and international awards and five books in that genre, such as "Longings for a Winged Hedgehog" (Viandante Literario, 2015) or "Where the Magic Happens" (Playa de Ákaba, 2016), his most recent anthology is "In another timeline" (Imbuk, 2023). She is a self-help writer and is the author of "Machism is not the problem" (Alborán Ed., 2010) or "Loving well, an individual challenge" (Imbuk, 2020). Founder and director of Imbuk Editions (Chili, 2019) and international speaker interviewed in various media, Mireya defines herself as follows:
"Soul born to embody a conciliatory, brave and self-taught being in an discreet, resilient and functional body. Stationed in the age of "why", she was raised in the east of Spain, she has been a resident of Chili since 2013 and a curious visitor to the US, countries where she expands her talent and mission, through her publishing house. Nacida en Valencia, España. Es escritora de autoayuda, autora de “El machismo no es el problema” (Alborán Ed., 2010) o “Amar bien, un desafío individual” (Imbuk, 2020). Fundadora y directora de Imbuk Ediciones (Chile, 2019) y conferenciante internacional entrevistada en diversos medios, Mireya se define así en su web personal:

both literary stories and academic articles. Her goal is to work so that each text reaches its greatest potential.
Although she surpassed, due to her skills, many applicants to join Imbuk, we later loved her for her diligence, professionalism and punctuality.
(ESP) Licenciada en literatura y magíster en edición, especializada en corrección de estilo y ortotipográfica. Amante de la lectura y de los libros, ha publicado tanto relatos literarios como artículos académicos. Su meta es trabajar para que cada texto alcance su mayor potencial.

(ENG) Born in Uruguay, she has a degree in literature, an English-Spanish translator, a freelance writer and a proofreader.
We discovered her when she was one of the writers selected in our "Stories with a mask" contest and because of her affection for our editorial venture, her
experience and her professionalism, she is an Imbuk collaborator for text correction.
(ESP) Nacida en Uruguay y residente en Chile, es Licenciada en letras, traductora inglés-español, escritora autónoma y correctora de textos.
La descubrimos cuando resultó una de las escritoras seleccionadas en nuestro concurso "Relatos con mascarilla" y por su cariño a nuestro emprendimiento editorial, su experiencia y su profesionalismo, es colaboradora de Imbuk para la corrección de textos.
Alonso "Loncho" Salazar, illustrator and designer

Alonso Salazar is an illustrator born in the Commune of Peumo, sixth region of Chile. He is a naturalist by vocation. He studied Graphic Design in the 90s, then took different drawing courses to perfect his technique. In his need to look for new supports and materials, he found in painting on stones a new way to disseminate our biodiversity. In December 2014 he was invited to the Falconry Festival in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, to exhibit his work of illustrations of Chilean raptors, along with other artists from around the world. In 2015, he participated with his work in the XVI Argentine Ornithology Meeting with very good reception of his work. To date he has illustrated countless brochures and texts on Chilean biodiversity, such as: Cape Horn, Atlas of the shorebirds of Chile, Field Guide to Reptiles of Chile Northern Zone.

Alonso Salazar es un ilustrador nacido en la Comuna de Peumo sexta región Chile. Naturalista por vocación. Estudió Diseño Gráfico en la década del 90, luego tomo diferentes cursos de dibujo para perfeccionar su técnica. En su necesidad de buscar nuevos soportes y materiales, encontró en la pintura en piedras una novedosa manera de difundir nuestra biodiversidad. En Diciembre del 2014 fue invitado al Falconry Festival en Abu Dhabi, Emiratos Arabes, a exponer su trabajo de ilustraciones de rapaces de chile, junto a otros artistas del mundo. En el 2015, participo con sus trabajos en la XVI Reunión Argentina de Ornitología con muy buena recepción de su trabajo. Hasta la fecha ha ilustrado innumerables folletos y textos de biodiversidad de Chile, tales como: Cabo de Hornos, Atlas de las aves playeras de Chile, Guia de Campo Reptiles de Chile Zona Norte.
Leonardo Soto Calquín, designer and paintor
Pintor y diseñador gráfico
(ENG) Rancagua, Chile. 1970. Visual artist and graphic designer. His studies in design were carried out at the Metropolitan Technological University, in Santiago de
Chile. He then completed a Master's degree in Visual Arts at the University of Chile, studies that he did not finish. He has a Master's degree, completed at the University of Granada, in Spain.
He is currently carrying out his Doctoral Thesis at the same university.
He has worked in numerous design companies, in Chile and abroad. He has also exhibited his pictorial work in Chile and other countries. He currently works as a
professor in the Department of Design, of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of Chile. Work that complements his creative work.
(ESP). Rancagua, Chile. 1970. Artista visual y diseñador gráfico. Sus estudios en diseño los realiza en la Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana, en Santiago de Chile. Luego cursa el Magister en Artes Visuales en la Universidad de Chile, estudios que no finaliza. Posee el grado de Máster, cursado en la Universidad de Granada, en España. Actualmente esta realizando la Tesis Doctoral en la misma universidad.
Ha trabajado en numerosas empresas de diseño, en Chile y en el extranjero. También ha expuesto su obra pictórica en Chile y en otros países. Actualmente se desempeña como docente del Departamento de Diseño, de la Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo de la Universidad de Chile. Labor que complementa con su trabajo creativo.

(ENG) We are excited to announce that César Alamillo is joining Imbuk Ediciones as a freelance designer, bringing over 15 years of experience in corporate image development and web design. César is an expert in creating impactful and functional visual campaigns, focusing on the end-user experience across ATL, BTL, and digital applications.
In his new role, César will play a key part in designing book covers, blending his talent in conceptualization and graphic design with his strategic vision to deliver a memorable visual impact. We are thrilled to welcome him to the team and look forward to seeing how his creativity will enhance our publications.
