(ENG) They say that it is a universal law and that, as such, by uniting the correct elements in its formula, it must necessarily be fulfilled. This law speaks of a way to attract what you want by concretely visualizing your object of desire, feeling as if you had already obtained it, behaving in coherence with that emotion, releasing the feeling of lack, changing it for one of gratitude and trusting that THAT It's already on its way to you. If you are in full internal coherence, if you do not doubt, if your subconscious or your ego cannot boycott your trust in the law, that goal will take more or less time to arrive, depending on how sophisticated it is, but it will arrive in your life, unfailingly.

Esta ley habla de una forma de atraer aquello que deseas por medio de visualizar concretamente tu objeto de deseo, sentirte como si ya lo hubieras obtenido, comportarte en coherencia con esa emoción soltando la sensación de carencia, cambiándola por una de gratitud y confiando que ESO ya está en camino hacia ti. Si estás en plena coherencia interna, si no dudas, si tu subconsciente o tu ego no logran boicotear tu confianza en la ley, ese objetivo tardará más o menos en llegar, según lo sofisticado que sea, pero llegará a tu vida, indefectiblemente.

(ENG) Although we have been working well and calmly since 2019 with a small team made up of our director and several remote collaborators, at IMBUK we have decided to take an exponential leap in our growth as a company and we want to use all the tools at our disposal, starting with that law.

First of all, let's define our object of desire, which is threefold:

   1. A spectacular online work team, made up of talented, decisive, proactive, collaborative, loyal, honest people with an “abundant” mentality. The best international exponents that we are capable of attracting to our project.

   2. A virtual space that allows us to work remotely, better optimizing work and home times, enhancing our talents from the freedom provided by the most developed digital tools, in a work schedule that maximizes efficiency, facilitates concentration, self-management time, commitment to the team, identification with the mission/vision, immersion in each project and love for the company.

   3. A thematic editorial line focused on authors and proposals aimed at personal growth, which assist today's readers in the fall of old paradigms and the emergence of new ones, with a more awakened consciousness and brighter horizons.

(ESP) Si bien, llevamos desde 2019 trabajando bien y tranquilamente con un pequeño equipo formado por nuestra directora y varios colaboradores a distancia, en IMBUK hemos decidido dar un salto exponencial en nuestro crecimiento como empresa y queremos usar todas las herramientas a nuestro alcance, empezando por esa ley.

En primer lugar, vamos a definir nuestro objeto de deseo, que es triple:

      1.     Un espectacular equipo de trabajo online, compuesto de seres talentosos, resolutivos, proactivos, colaborativos, leales, honestos y con mentalidad “abundante”. Los mejores exponentes internacionales que seamos capaces de atraer a nuestro proyecto.

  2.     Un espacio virtual que nos permita trabajar remotamente, optimizando mejor los tiempos laborales y los domésticos, potenciando nuestros talentos desde la libertad que facilitan las herramientas digitales más desarrolladas, en un horario laboral que maximice la eficacia, facilite la concentración, la autogestión del tiempo, el compromiso con el equipo, la identificación con la misión/visión, la inmersión en cada proyecto y el amor a la empresa.

      3.    Una línea editorial temática centrada en autores y propuestas orientados al crecimiento personal, que asistan a los lectores de hoy en la caída de los viejos paradigmas y el surgimiento de los nuevos, con una conciencia más despierta y unos horizontes más luminosos.

El segundo paso

(ENG) The second step would be to visualize that object of desire in as much detail as possible.   We do not have a way to imagine each person on this future team, but we have made a list of the departments or positions that we would like them to occupy and we can imagine the environment and relational dynamics that we would like to see occur.

(ESP) El segundo paso sería visualizar ese objeto de deseo con el mayor detalle posible. No tenemos una manera de imaginar a cada persona en este futuro equipo, pero hemos hecho una lista de los departamentos o puestos que nos gustaría que ocuparan y podemos imaginar el entorno y la dinámica relacional que nos gustaría que ocurriera.

(ENG) Let's keep the emotion constant that this goal is already real and is on the way to manifesting. It's coming and I just have to feel grateful and excited, imagining how pleasant it will be to apply my talents and potential with that great team and making books on such exciting topics.

(ENG) Once our team has been selected, after the necessary interviews, we will begin to take steps in the same direction, starting work with books to show ourselves what we are capable of and charging for each task. In this phase we will not begin to build or receive a monthly salary yet... but we will begin to dream TOGETHER to exponentially increase the speed of manifestation of the law.

(ESP) Una vez seleccionado nuestro equipo, tras las entrevistas necesarias, empezaremos a dar pasos en la misma dirección, iniciando el trabajo con libros para demostrarnos lo que somos capaces y cobrando por cada tarea. En esta fase no empezaremos a construir ni a recibir un sueldo mensual todavía… pero sí empezaremos a soñar JUNTOS para aumentar exponencialmente la rapidez de manifestación de la ley.
